Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of an obstacle around an ink jet port and improve the stability of a record by making a thermoplastic resin intervene between flat plates and thermally pressing and adhering the said resin and flat plates when flat plates are put together to manufacture the captioned head. CONSTITUTION:When the captioned recording head is manufactured, a teflon thermoplastic resin sheet 3 is attached on a flat plate 2 equipped with an ink chamber 1 and the said sheet 3 is thermally adhered onto the flat sheet 2 under pressure. In addition, a thermoplastic resin sheet 6 is thermally adhered on a flat sheet 5 equipped with an ink feed channel 4.
