Abstract
PURPOSE:To lower pressure loss by providing a copper plate between a fluorine contained resin thin film having an ink injection port and an ink jet base material having an ink passage to control vibration of the fluorine contained resin thin film. CONSTITUTION:For example, to a head base material having a pore which should be used as a pressure chamber formed by a copper plate A(21) with a thickness of 2mm. subjected to gold plating treatment in a thickness of 5mu and a copper plate B(22) similarily subjected to plating treatment, a copper plate 25 with a thickness of 60mum subjected to gold plating treatment in a thickness of 5mu having a pierced pore 24 with a diameter of 80mum is integrated by press adhesion. To an outer side surface of said copper plate 25, a sheet 26 with a thickness of 12.5mu made of FEP (a trade name, Dupon Co.) which is a fluorine contained resin is fused by heating. To said sheet 26, a pierced pore 27 is provided by dry etching in a condition opposed to the pierced pore 24.
