At the same time, a control operation is carried out by the computer 1 and with application of the target value, the feedback amount, the operation amount and the control arithmetic result each that are stored in the device 5. Thus the computer 1 is decided normal when all the above-mentioned values are regenerated and then decided faulty if just one uncoincidence is detected among these values with a display given at the display device 6. In such way, the fault of a microcomputer can be decided.
