CONSTITUTION:Data transmitted from a CPU via a data bus 11 are fetched to a storage device 1 with a storage command signal 10. Simultaneously, the signal 10 is counted at a counter 2. An output data 12 of the device 1 and an output data 21 of the device 2 are compared at a comparison circit 3, and when they are coincident, the processing is advanced and when dissident, a failure signal 30 for program execution order is outputted. Thus, the runaway of the control program can be detected and the failure control of a device to be controlled can be prevented.
