Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a field-flat scan on a material surface, etc., to be recorded, to increase the speed of the scan, and to eliminate the need for an adjustment of a scanning element, by providing a field flat type thin-film lens nearly the light-emission flank of a thin-film wave directing path. CONSTITUTION:Near the light-emission flank of thin-film wave direction path 2, field flat type thin-film lens 2 is provided. Then, a luminous flux deflected by a deflection part and focusing on a curved image surface near the light-emission flank via thin-film lens 9 is passed through lens 15 to form a bright spot on straight line 16. Thus, a field flat scan on a material surface to be recorded can be taken.
