Abstract
PURPOSE: To construct the cast-in-site pile corresponding to the form of an excavated hole and to make the pile display the effect as a pile sufficiently by mixing pulp formed of plant fibers in a filling material and by injecting the same into the excavated hole in the construction in the water-permeable ground.
CONSTITUTION: Pulp or used paper containing dissolved fibers is added to the filling material 2, fully stirred and uniformalized and the material thus prepared is injected into the excavated hole 1. Then, since the pulp or used paper containing dissolved fibers mixed in has very large hydration and water-retaining properties, it absorbs and retains water in the filling material 2. In addition, when cement contained in the filling material is to leak out into the soil from the peripheral wall of the excavated hole 1, the hydration pulp or used paper swollen in the filling material 2 sticks to the peripheral wall of the excavated hole to form a film and thus the leakage of cement in the material 2 is prevented. Thus, the filling material 2 is set and thereby the cast-in-site pile 3 corresponding to the form of the excavated hole 1 is constructed.
