Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure constantly the concentration of ion of the solution to be inspected by using two kinds standard solutions of already-known concentration and an inner standard solution and operating these measured electric potential to set a basic detecting level. CONSTITUTION:An already-known low concentration standard solution is injected in the measuring vessel 3 from the injection tube 10 and the output electric potential EL is measured. Then, measured potential is converted into a digital value by the converter 7 after passing through the amplifier 4 then its value is stored in the memory device 9 through the operator 8. The low concentration standard solution is discharged from the tube 11 and inner standard solution is injected and then, the potential ELS is measured and is memorized in the device 9. Next, each potential EH of known high concentration standard solution and potential EHS of inner standard solution is measured and is stored. The working curve C is operated by measured result and is stored. At the time of measuring the ion concentration X of the solution to be inspected, its potential EX is detected and after that, the potential EXS is detected by the operator 8 by using the formulaIor II and is displayed on the display device 5.
