Next, high-density standard liquid is abandoned, and after washing, correction liquid is injected into measure tank 3 by rolling pump 7, etc., to obtain measure potential VCH. Next, correction liquid are injected by the same operation to obtain measure potentials VL and VCL, and gradient C of the calibration curve is obtained according to the expression, and this calibration curve is used to obtain ion activity of the object.
