Abstract

PURPOSE: To have control of purge in proportion to the quantity of evaporated gas when the evaporated fuel gas in a fuel tank is to be purged in a suction pipe by a method wherein in a purge passage there is provided a thermosentive valve that can operate in proportion to the rise of temperature of the gas.
CONSTITUTION: A canister chamber 1 is connected with a fuel tank not shown in the figure through a pipe 2 and the evaporated fuel gas is accumulated there. On the other hand, the chamber 1 communicates with a suction pipe 4 of the engine through the purge passage 3 and sucks the evaporated gas accumulated in the chamber 1. On the purge passage 3 the thermosensitive valve 7 having a thermowax 6 is arranged that increases its opening in proportion to the rise of temperature.
