Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure an agreement of amplitude between a delayed TV signal and a nondelayed TV signal for a comb-shaped filter that is used for process of the TV signal, by securing an automatic control for the level between the two input signals of a circuit that extracts the differential component between the signal having a delay of 1H and the signal having no delay. CONSTITUTION:The 1H delay circuit 2, differential component extracting circuit 3 amplitude control circuit 4 and adder circuit 5 are provided between the input terminal 1 and the output terminal 6. Thus a comb-shaped filter is obtained. In this case, the gain control circuit 8 is installed between the circuits 2 and 3, and the output side of the circuit 3 is connected to the circuit 8 via the wave detection circuit 7. The circuit 7 delivers the signal corresponding to the mutual amplitude difference of the signals obtained before and after vertical synchronous signal part of a TV signal that is obtained at the output of the circuit 3. The circuit 8 controls the normal gain of the TV signal by the output of the circuit 7.
