Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a flicker phenomenon, by eliminating a difference of frequency between the vertical synchronous signal and a commercial power source through a differential subtractor circuit. CONSTITUTION:The signal Y supplied from the preamplifier 2 is delayed by the delay circuit 6 and then applied to the low pass filter 15 of 3MHz and the band pass filter 16. A differential subtraction is given through the 50Hz flicker eliminating circuit 18 between the luminance signal supplied from the filter 15 and containing the commercial power source frequency 50Hz and the signal obtained by giving a wave detection through the wave detecting circuit 17 to the space frequency obtained through the filter 16 each. The signal received a differential subtraction is then supplied to the process circuit 9. In such way, the flicker phenomenon caused by the commercial power source frequency and emerging to a reproduced picture can be eliminated.
