A differential subtraction is given through the 50Hz flicker eliminating circuit 18 between the luminance signal supplied from the filter 15 and containing the commercial power source frequency 50Hz and the signal obtained by giving a wave detection through the wave detecting circuit 17 to the space frequency obtained through the filter 16 each. The signal received a differential subtraction is then supplied to the process circuit 9.
