PURPOSE:To obtain a color copy image by using a photoreceptor smaller than the area that corresponds to picture area, by sticking a developer to an image receiving member while moving the photoreceptor in an electric field of a potential image formed by a difference in distributed voltage due to fluctuations of the resistance of a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:On color filter 1, a strip of opaque electrode 4 of Cr, etc., is vapor- deposited to a width of 25mum and about 50mum away from it, a strip of transparent electrode 3 of InO, etc., is formed to a width of 25mum.
