Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a simultaneous operation for both the picture recording and the detection of a simultaneous signal, by forming a potential image by giving an image exposure to a photoelectric transducer which contains a picture element forming isolated conductor, a photoconducting layer, a transparent electrode and an opaque electrode each. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric transducer 9 containing the islandlike isolated conductors 5 that form a row of picture elements via the photoconducting layer 4 is provided on the stripe type transparent electrode 2 and opaque electrode 3. Then an image exposure is carried out in the state in which the voltage is applied between the electrodes 2 and 3. Thus the potential of the conductor 5 is set at the voltage distributed between the electrode 2 and the conductor 5. As a result, a potential image having a low level is formed at the exposure part, and a potential image having a high level is formed at the nonexposure part respectively. Under these conditions, the image receiving material 10 such as the original 12, a film and the like are scanned in the opposite direction to each other. Then a picture is recorded on the material 10, and at the same time the picture is detected and transferred through the signal detecting means 13 and in the form of the electric signals.
