Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating structure of head which is so formed as to permit improvement of product yield with good efficiency by enclosing the outer side of a cylindrical heating body consisting of aluminum powder, iron oxide powder, etc. by a refractory heat insulating material by way of a gap or refractory material. CONSTITUTION:The outer side of a heating body 1 (formed of aluminum powder, iron oxide powder, refractory aggregate such as silica sand and water glass) is formed as a gap 8, and by way of this gap 8, said body is enclosed by a refractory heat insulating material 9, whereby heat may be effectively utilized for heating the head because the heat generated from the heating body 1 contacts air of good heat insulation characteristic.
