CONSTITUTION:An oscillator 1 produces a rectangular driving voltage signal of the same frequency and the output is fed to a monostable multivibrators 7 and 8. A pulse signal is generated in synchronizing with the rise and fall of the monostable multivibrators 7 and 8, and the output signal of 7 and 8 is fed between the base and emitter of transistors TR9, 10, and the collector C is connected to the gate of FET1. Thus, since the time required for switching is short, the drive with high usage efficiency of power can be made.
