Abstract

PURPOSE:To make highly stable the repetitive frequency of output pulse through the detected output, by comparing the detected output of average repetitive frequency of pulse modulating the interval of adjacent pulses with the reference value, and detecting the variance of the average repetitive frequency of the pulse. CONSTITUTION:To detect the variation of repetitive frequency of pulse PIM modulating the interval of adjacent pulses, a smooth circuit 16 is provided. The output of this circuit 16 is compared with a stable reference voltage fixed in advance from a terminal 18 at a differential amplifier 17 for comparison, and the difference is amplified. The output of this amplifier 17 is fed to the input signal from the terminal 11 at a voltage addition circuit 19. As a result, the average level of the input signal is changed, and the average repetitive frequency of the output PIM pulse is changed until the output of the circuit 16 and the reference voltage at the terminal 18 are equal, and it is kept constant when the two are equal. Thus, the repetitive frequency of the output pulse can highly be made stable.
