The time constant circuit 18 consisting of a serial circuit of the resistance 19 and the capacity 20 is connected to the point of junction between the resistance 13 and the diode 15. In such constitution, the potential of the cathode is kept at the cut-off voltage when the power supply switch is turned off. Accordingly no bright spot is produced.
