Abstract
PURPOSE:To make proper and easy a fly-back line erasure based on the input of a blanking pulse by providing a switching circuit to change the division ratio of voltage divided circuit in accordance with the impressing of the blanking pulse so that an electric beam may not be discharged from the cathode of a cathode ray tube at the time of the generation of the blanking pulse. CONSTITUTION:In a condition in which the blanking pulse is not inputted to a transistor (TR)3, since a TR 2 is in an OFF-condition, a first grid G1 of a CRT is held at a prescribed bias voltage. Next, when the blanking pulse is inputted to the base of the TR 3, the TR 3 goes to an ON-condition, and its collector voltage V5 is reduced. A base voltage V4 of the TR 2 goes to a negative voltage, and sets the TR 2 to the ON-condition. As this result, a bias voltage V2 to the first grid G1 is increased to a negative direction, held at the cut-off voltage of the CRT or below, and a back-line erasing action can be attained stably and without fail.
