Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a small and cheap sensor having an excellent temperature detecting characteristic by forming an MOS type IC by incorporating an FET element, the thickness of a gate oxide film thereof is made 1,000Angstrom or more in order to increase the sensitivity of temperature detection.
