Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize the boiler and to make it smokeless by a method wherein an air blowing pipe is penetrated through upper and lower combustion chambers and blow-out ports of a manifold type having holes at the lower parts thereof are provided in the upper combustion chamber while hook-shaped blow-out ports are provided on the blowing pipe in the lower combustion chamber so as to blow the air downwardly and diagonally. CONSTITUTION:An air gap 12 is provided between the combustion chambers 3, 4 partitioned by a bulkhead 13 and the blowing pipe 1 is penetrated through both of the combustion chambers 3, 4. The pipe 1 is provided with the first blow-out port 7 consisting of several sets of manifolds having holes 9 below a rooster 6 and also provided with the second blow-out ports 8 consisting of several sets of the hook-shaped pipes so as to blow the air donwardly and diagonally respectively in the combustion chamber 4. When the tire is thrown into a fuel chamber 5, the tire is ignited from the bottom side thereof and the air is sent by a fan 2, the air is blown out from the blow-out ports 7, 8 downwardly to blow unburnt gas from the fuel chamber 5 at first, then is mixed with fresh air to burn in the combustion chamber 3, sequentially, the unburnt gas is brought into the combustion chamber 4 through the air gap 12 to burn it with the air from the blowing ports 8, thereby making it into smokeless gas.
