CONSTITUTION:The information of contacts 1a-1n is fetched to a operating circuit 5 via input circuits 13a-13n and gates 4a-4n. The primary winding 16 of a current transformer 15 in a circuit 13 becoms a current driving line 19, a contact 1 and a resistor 14 are connected to the secondary winding 17, and the ternary winding 18 is connected to a comparator 3. Further, the winding 16 is energized and no voltage is developed in the winding 18 when the contact 1 is on. A current flows to the winding 17 when the contact 1 is off and a voltage is induced in the winding 18 and it is fed to the comparator 3 and compared with a voltage Vref, allowing to detect the off of the contact 1.
