Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composite of high heat resistiveness, light shielding ability, light reflectiveness and moldability by using the composite of a particular component ratio of specified aromatic polyester, polyamide and titanium oxides. CONSTITUTION:A composite consisting of 17.5-54wt% of aromatic polyester consisting of dicarboxylic acid or its functional derivative and dihydric phenol or its functional derivative, 28-67.5wt% of polyamide and 10-30wt% of titanium oxide is used. For example, said materials are mixed and agitated in a blender, dried on a rack drier, and then melting them and extruding into a filament with an extruder, the filament is cooled in water next and then cut into chips with a cutting machine. After cooled again, the chips are molded into reflecting plates by an injection molding machine.
