At this time, the outer surface of the electrolyte is coated with Fe, Cu, Ni, Mg, Al or other metal or MgO, Al2O3 or other metal oxide by vapor deposition, sputtering plasma spraying, ion plating or other method, and <=50mu thickness is enough for the metal or metal oxide film.
