Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the propagation time as well as decrease the number of transistors by selecting one data among several input data in response to the control signals and via the plural units of data switch circuits and then deciding the output of the data to the common output line.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st control signal generation circuit 159 generates the 1st control signal composed of a signal featuring the 1st low level and several signals featuring the 1st high level each. And the 2nd control signal generation circuit 160 generates the 2nd control signal composed of a 2nd high-level signal featuring the level between the 1st high and low levels several signals featuring the 2nd low level lower than the 2nd high-level signal each. Then one data is selected among several input data via data switch circuits 155W158 and in response to the 2nd control signal to decide whether the data should be delivered to the common output line. As a result, the propagation time plus the number of transistors can be decreased.
