Abstract
PURPOSE:To automate a work preparatory plan means by a system wherein an instrumentation device, setting means and handling means, which perform work handling on a pallet, are controlled in a dialogue form and a control processing unit is furnished between CPU and the above-mentioned units. CONSTITUTION:A work preparatory plan means 5 consists of an exclusive jigu carrier means 8, work carrier means 9 and pallet carrier means 10 and the work 2 is measured, set, and fixed with high precision to the pallet 3. The work 2 on the pallet 3 is transmitted to be processed by the machine tools M1-M4. The control processing unit 4, which memorizes and controls the process information of the machine tools M1-M4, the tools control information and the like, and the control processing unit 7 which memorizes work preparatory plan have a control function in the form of dialogue with an operator and besides automate work preparatory plan for the work piece 2 which being tied with CPU6 and in connection with the machine tools groups M1-M4.
