Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain a net-reinforced tube by a method wherein a hollow tube moving lengthwise is wound up sequentially with two sets in parallel of transparent winding wires, to each opposite directions, and the outer layer thereof is formed by coating.
CONSTITUTION: The transparent winding wire obtained from the synthetic resin extension is pulled out of the bobbins 6, 6' and is wound up by means of the winding systems 3, 4 which rotate mutually to the opposite directions while the rubber or synthetic resin hollow tube 1 is being fed out. Each winding system is equipped with the flyer 31 rotating around the hollow shaft and the guide rolls 32, 33 installed at the symmetrical position in releation to the revolving axis. The winding wire wound through the system 3 forms the 1st winding layer S1 and the winding wire wound through the system 4 forms the 2nd winding layer S2. The winding wires of these two winding layers intersect each other in the lattice shape to from a netting. Rubber or systhetic resin is coated to form the external layer.
