Description

A known method of making fiberglass pipes by winding resin-impregnated filaments on a cylindrical core (core) followed by resin polymerization. The disadvantage of tubes manufactured by this method is low strength in axial direction, to increase strength, threading along the tube axis is required, which significantly complicates the installation the manufacture of pipes.

Кроме того, предложенный способ позвол ет изготовл ть трубы с заранее: заданными соотношени ми прочностей в осевом и радиальном направлени х при любом способе намотки и ynpoutaет конструкцию установки дл  непрерывного производства труб .The proposed method of zigzag stacking of threads along the pipe axis eliminates this drawback. On the rotating core, simultaneously with the winding of the threads in the radial direction, the gay is laid in the longitudinal direction in a zigzag. The fastening of the vertex of each zigzag loop is fixed by clamping yarns wound at a small angle to the pipe axis. In this case, the longitudinal threads of each subsequent layer cover the threads of the previous layer by an amount not less than the width of the bundle of threads. The impregnation of the wound threads is carried out with the help of a drum, a part of which is immersed in a bath with a binder. As the drum rotates, the bonding material is transferred onto the stacked yarns. In addition, the proposed method allows the manufacture of pipes with predetermined ratios of the strengths in the axial and radial directions for any method of winding and improves the installation design for the continuous production of pipes.
