Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the control function for the absorption speed of a moving core by a method wherein a permanent magnet is equipped in a portion of the moving core, detects the traveling speed of the core by measuring the variation of flux density, and dynamically feeds back the results to a control coil.
CONSTITUTION: When a driving coil 3 is excited, a moving core 2 is absorbed by the magnetomotive force in the direction shown by an arrow mark. At the same time an electromotive force is generated in a speed detecting coil 7 according to the motion of a permanent magnet 6. This electromotive force is amplified by an amplifier 9, transmitted to a controlling amplifier 10 and generates a controlled coil-driving signal to excite a coil 5. The mangetomotive force induced in the coil 5 is an antiphase vector, its phase is shifted by 180° from that of the exciting coil 3, and backward excites excessively and instantaneously to absorb the core 2 to the set up position. By this way, the absorption force toward the core 2 can be partially and voluntarily controlled during the time from start to end of its absorbing action. When this method is adopted, the touch pressure condition of a piano can be mechanically set up.
