Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to accurately stop the carrier body to a given position, by performing brake control in response to the speed by detecting the speed of carrier.
CONSTITUTION: The control section 20 produces the speed signal v1 of carrier by receiving the bracket passing signal P and this is delivered to the operation section 21. When the operation section 21 receives the speed signal v1, the number of inverse excitation cycle number s1 of the linear motor required to stop the carrier to a given location is calculated and it is delivered to the control section 20. Separately, the braking start signal B is taken place at the control section 20 with suitable means. On the other hand, the control section 20 has the zero cross point detection signal z is delivered to the control section 20 from the zero cross detection circuit 23 and the control section 20 counts the signal z with the contrl start signal B. When the count value is equal to the inverse excitation cycle number s1, the control section 20 drops out the signal B. Thus, the power supply control section 22 stops the braking operation at the linear motor control circuit 24. Thus, the carrier can be stopped to a given location.
