Abstract

PURPOSE: To lessen the deterioration in the gain in the high-frequency range of a moving body part and to execute stable tracking control by using the mutually induced electromotive force of a 3rd coil to decrease the mutually induced electromotive force of a 2nd coil and feeding the same negatively to the 1st coil.
CONSTITUTION: A reflecting means 1 and the coil 8 turn and the induced electromotive force proportional to the interlinkage speed with a magnetic gap is generated at both ends thereof and the mutually induced electromotive force is generated with a change in the current of the coil 6 if the current is impressed to the coil 6. The mutually induced electromotive force increases with an increase in the frequency. The mutually induced electromotive force similar to the mutually induced electromotive force of the coil 8 is generated in the coil 10 as well. A difference between the mutually induced electromotive forces generated between the coils 8 and 10 is obtd. and is fed back negatively to the coil 6. As a result, the stable tracking control is executed.
