Insertion hole 17 is provided in the center of fitting part 16, and thermocouple 23, which supplies electromotive force to a safety valve which controls a fuel path, is inserted into this hole. High temperature part 24 is projected slightly outward of ejection hole 14. By providing ventilation hole 18 on fitting part 16, the inside of partitioning pipe 15 is connected to the atmosphere.
