Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a seasoning liquid having a flavor and improved storage stability, and to fill the liquid into a container, by using hot water from an electric water heater which can be readily controlled at a temperature finely, as a heat source.
CONSTITUTION: Hot water heated to a given temperature by the electric water heaters 1, is transferred to the electric pans 2. Given amounts of a broth material, e.g. dried bonito, chemical seasonings, soy sauce, or sugar, and a stock are introduced into the pans 2, and boiled down at a relatively low temperature for a long time under controlled conditions to give a seasoning liquid having a given soft and mild taste free from variation. On the other hand, the bottles 3 are heated by the hot water from the heaters 1 at almost the same temperature as in the preparation of the liquid, and filled with the liquid.
