Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the construction along with a higher position accuracy and higher efficiency by mounting the rotor to a shaft projected at the center of the pole tooth plate with one end of the core fixed to the center thereof while the other end thereof is fixed to the free end of the stator.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 1 made of an iron plate having a pole tooth plate 2 at the one end thereof is inserted through the hollow section of the coil frame 3. Both leg pieces of a roughly U-shaped core 5 are caulked at both ends of the stator 1 extended on both ends of the coil frame 3. The rotor is mounted rotatively to the shaft 7 projected on the end of the core 5 fixed at the center of the pole tooth plate 2 with the magnet 6 of the rotor rotatively matching the pole tooth plate 2. Therefore, when the coil frame 3 is formed, only inserting the stator 1 and the pole tooth plate 2 definitely determines the position of pole tooth plate 2 with respect to the stator. Thus, a highly efficient motor can be obtained.
