Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to be manufactured all steel sheets from soft material to hard material including the steel sheet for plating by the same process, by carrying out each process of continuous annealing, skin-pass rolling and coil preparation at the inline and integrating the processes and also, selecting the raw material and annealing cycle.
CONSTITUTION: Low carbon extremely thin cold rolled steel strip is uncoiled from the uncoiler 1 and is heated at recrystallization temperature in the heating furnace 6 through the surface cleaning part 3 and the entrance side looper 4. Primary cooling is carried out in the extent of 420W 600°C at the cooling speed of 5W100°C/sec. in the primary cooling zone 8 after uniformly heating at the above temperature keeping for 10W90 seconds in the uniform heating furnace 7. Next, incline overaging treatment is carried out keeping for 30 secondsW5 minutes slowly cooling to 250W 300°C in the overaging zone 9. Moreover, the secondary cooling is carried out cooling to 50°C or less in the secondary cooling zone 10 and elongation percentage of 1.5% or less is given by carrying out skin-pass rolling by the two continuous skin-pass roller 13 by the dull roller at first and next, by the bridle roller within thirty seconds in dried state and lastly, inspection fine regulation is carried out and then, the strip is coiled as the original sheet for plating.
