Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily form an amorphous body film of well controlled thickness and size by supplying fine particles of a magnetic alloy into a hot flame to melt them and simultaneously spraying the molten particles upon a substrate moving at high speed with high press. inert gas. CONSTITUTION:Fine particles of a magnetic alloy are supplied from supply inlet 3 into a hot flame of arc, plasma or the like generated at spray hole 2 of nozzle 1.
