Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the take-out of a treated waste water with low color density by a mechanism wherein a waste water with high turbidity generated in a garbage incinerating plant is treated by unaerobic microorganism and thereafter treated by aerobic microorganism.
CONSTITUTION: A waste water with high turbidity of a garbage incinerating plant is taken out into a flow channel 1 and treated unaerobically in a treating tank 3 by unaerobic microorganism. The treated waste water is supplied to a separating tank 4 and a top clarified waste water A1 is taken out to a flow channel 5 by overflowing. On the other hand, a waste water B with low turbidity such as a waste water obtained from a shower cooling apparatus, a domestic waste water obtained from a flush toilet, a lavatory or the like is taken out into a flow channel 2 to mix with the above described waste water A1 and the obtained mixture is treated by aerobic microorganism in a treating tank 9 and a top clarified waste water in a separating tank 10 is discharged. The precipitated sludge of a decomposing tank 4, 10 is taken out to a tank 7 and a raw garbage a is supplied to this tank, the obtained kneaded mixture is subjected to an incinerating treatment in an incinerating installation 8.
