Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the costs of installation and treatment greatly by permitting the treatment of gas liquid by raising the concentration of fixed NH4 salt by jointly treating gas liquid deprived of light coal tar from the dephlegmated liquid of crude gas with a mixed liquid of the gas liquid from the previous process and heavy coal tar.
CONSTITUTION: At the suction main 4 following the coke oven 1, a mixed liquid of the gas liquid A from the coke oven crude gas and heavy coal tar are separated at approx. 80°C, and then before the condensing separation operation at the gas condenser 16, dephlegmated liquid is prepared in the intermediate process 8 and a part of the gas liquid C deprived of light coal tar at the dephlegmated liquid tank 11 is mixed with the gas liquid A to form the mixed liquid 6. Part of the gas liquid C is cooled and used as the spray liquid 9 for dephlegmation, and also the other part is used as supplementary aqueous ammonia for wet type desulfurization equipment. The gas liquid obtained at approx. 30°C at the condenser 16 and light coal tar mixed liquid are separated and the former is used for cooling the suction main 4.
