Abstract

CONSTITUTION: By input of scanning start pulse S12 from a start pulse generation circuit, linear array sensor 3 starts scanning, and simultaneously, first and second width signal detection circuits 22 and 23 output rise signals such as S22 and S23. When scanning from the scanning start end to the scanning terminal end of measured object 1 is performed, signal S17 is outputted from comparator circuit 71.
