Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase regenerative efficiency by properly selecting characteristics of an operational amplifier, suppressing the current flowing into a battery to the value below a certain secified one at the time of regenerative braking, and reducing the circuit loss.
CONSTITUTION: When an electric motor is rotating at specified speed, the regenerative braking is conducted by operating an operation dispatcher 7 so as to change a field current command signal V6 to such size that corresponds to larger field current. If the counter electromotive force of an armature goes up and exceeds the voltage of the battery 1, the armature current flows in a negative direction and the input of a current comparator 35 turns to be positive. The standard current signal V20 having a certian value as the negative input of the current comparator 35 has been given from a standard current signal generator 34, and a deviation signal V21 from a turnover signal V10 and the standard signal V20 is output from the comparator 35 so as to become the negative input of a subtractor 36. A field current command signal V6 as the positive input of the subtractor 36 is given, so that the field current is controlled by the output V22 of the subtractor 36.
