Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to operate an inverter with the frequency conforming to a resonance frequency by taking feedback control in such a way that the output signal of a filter circuit agrees with the standard signal.
CONSTITUTION: The voltages at both ends of a tank load circuit 7 and the current which flows through it are detected by a pulse transformer 8 and a current transformer 10 and is input to a flip flop 14 through wave shape matching circuits 9 and 11, and differentiation circuits 12 and 13. The output signal of the flip flop 14 is converted into a DC signal in the filter circuit 15 and the difference from the standard signal can be obtained in a differential amplifier 17. The difference between signals is added to a variable frequency oscillator 18, and an inverter gate signal oscillator is controlled so that the oscillated frequency from the inverter conform to the resonance frequency of the load circuit 7.
