Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a constant torque at any phase during rotation and thus to secure a stable power at all times by mounting blades slantingly lengthwise at a given twist in the rotating face.
CONSTITUTION: Blades 13, 13 of more than one are arranged around a vertical shaft 11 of a wind mill supported rotatably in the rotating face slantingly lengthwise in such manner as will have the product of the number of blades and the twist at integral times of 360°, and they are mounted on a vertical shaft 11 with a blade support arm extending radially from the vertical shaft 11 at the bottom and the intermediate position. According to this arrangement, the force of wind working on the blades 13, 13 becomes equalized at any rotating position of a wind mill, and a constant torque is obtainable at any phase all the time during rotation, thereby securing a stable power with less fluctuation.
