Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance heat radiation from a liner adapted for feeding combustion gas to gas turbine and to thereby improve efficiency of power generation of the gas turbine, by cooling the liner through provision of a cooling-water circulating space on the outside of the liner.
CONSTITUTION: Air supplied from compressor is introduced into reservoir tank 2 from air inlet port 3, and passing through air holes opened in the surface of liner 5 and in the vicinity of fuel nozzle 7, it is supplied to gas turbine 8 as combustion gas after combusting fuel supplied from nozzle 7. On the outside of liner 5, an annular water-circulating chamber 11 is formed between outer sleeve 10 and water-cooled wall 9. Water supplied from water supply pipe 12 is discharged to the outside from outlet pipe 13 after cooling liner 5. Here, it is also possible to keep temperature of cooling wall 9 constant by controlling the amount of water circulated in chamber 11 automatically in response to the temperature of cooling water.
