Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Contactless switching elements STA1...STAn switch currents flowing from respective signal output terminals D01...D0n to common output terminal COMO, and diodes D11...D1n allow only forward currents to flow elements STA1...STAn connected in series to terminals D01...D0n. On the other hand, respective seires circuits of switching elements STB1...STBn and diodes D41...D4n are connected in parallel to a 1st series circuit to allow forward currents to elements STB1...STBn. Then, a unidirectional switching element exercises control over a two-way flow of direct current to eliminate the contact of each switching element of a signal output circuit, so that reliability and response can be improved.
