Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of wirings from the information setting means, by connecting a transistor between the code signal setting means and the signal output terminal and by connecting the base to the scan timing signal input terminal in common through a base current limiting resistance. CONSTITUTION:In the first four-bit information setting means 7, four-bit binary code information is set by setting turning-on and off of switches S00-S03. Emitters of the first switching transistor group 26 for circuit separation which has the common base terminal connected to the first scan timing signal terminal 1 through base current limiting resistance 29 are connected to independent terminals of switches S00-S03; and when the H-level voltage is supplied to scan timing signal terminal 1, a binary code corresponding to the set turning-on and off code is obtained at signal output terminals 22-25.
