CONSTITUTION: The code signal generating circuits A0∼An switch and output the common reference voltage with the switch 21 under the control of the control circuit 23. The selection ratio of the switch 21 is different in the circuits A0∼An, and output is made with the duty ratio in response to the set value of the set circuit 26.
