PURPOSE:To manufacture a cutter tool with a sharp point by moving the work table forward and backward or/and right and left depending on the fall of electrodes and electrically discharging the cutter tool while sliding the electrodes along the slope which constitutes the cutter tool. CONSTITUTION:The worked piece 6 is put on the work table 7 and is fixed to it 7 by the clamping jig 8. When the point of the cutter tool 1 is straight and is formed in the direction which vertically intersects against the X axis of the work table 7, the move of the cutter tool is controlled by the first table driving section 11 which drives the work table 7 toward the X axis. Moreover, when the cutter tool 1 with a straight point is formed in the direction which intersects with both the X and Y axes or when the curved cutter tool 1 is formed, the move of the work table 7 is controlled toward the direction which is predetermined by the first and second table driving sections 11 and 12.
