Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure concentration and eliminate the waste of deaeration time, by detecting the change of the concentration signals of a concentration detector combined with a deaerator, and by holding value in the case when the change is zero. CONSTITUTION:A concentration detector 11 with a deaerator installed on the way of a flowing piping 12 of suspension is subject to the instructions of a control portion 10, and repeats the filling of samples, deaeration, the measurement of concentration and the discharge of samples. The detector 11 commences deaeration by the deaeration starting commands of the control portion 10, momently detects concentration signals in the processes and transmits the signals to a differentiation circuit 14 through a signal transducer 13, and inspects the conditions of the change of concentration signals. When bubbles completely disappear, the concentration signals become constant, and the change of differentiation value becomes to zero. Hold instructions are given to a sample hold circuit 15 from the circuit 14 at that time while deaeration completion signals are supplied to the control portion 10, and sample discharge command signals are emitted to the detector 11.
