Abstract

PURPOSE:To work steel plates with accuracy by working the same with laser at the time of applying slitting and end cutting to blanked plates. CONSTITUTION:Blanked plates of different segment shapes such as by end cutting off and slitting of blanked plates as secondary fabrication of steel plates are worked by laser. Namely, the work 11 is cut by way of a convex lens 8 and objective lens 10 from yag rod 5. In this case, a pressure plate 12 which prevents camber and local bending of the work 11 and the work 11 are simultaneously worked. Thereby, the roughing of ruptured faces, the formation of burrs and the local bending of the blanked plates may be prevented.
