Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten the time required for composite machining of a work by increasing a work-feeding speed at the time of shear machining and by reducing the work-feeding speed at the time of rotary cutting operation in the manner that the speed thereof be fit to the cutting.
CONSTITUTION: Burrs A, B, C and D are die-cut sequentially by shearing tools 10, 11, 12, and 13. Almost simultaneously with the completion of the shearing process, a movable board 8 contacts with the upper surface of the work W and a spring 9 is compressed with the rise of a work-supporting board 2, whereby tthe work W is held with pressure and fixed between the movable board 8 and a jig 6 so as to be arranged for the subsequent rotary cutting process.
