Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the time required for composite machining of a work by increasing a work-feeding speed at the time of shear machining and by reducing the work-feeding speed at the time of rotary cutting operation in the manner that the speed thereof be fit to the cutting.
CONSTITUTION: Burrs A, B, C and D are die-cut sequentially by shearing tools 10, 11, 12, and 13.
