Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a transducer good in the sensitivity, temperature characteristics and anticorrosivity by heat treatment at 200∼450°C a of troidal core molded selecting at least one from Si, B, P and C and at least one from Si, B, P and C and at least one from Fe, Co and Ni.
